We had a super fun Super Bowl Sunday! Rick & Mandy had all of our closest friends over for some football & food!
The boys get so excited when we tell them that we are going over to Uncle Ricky & Auntie Mandy's house! They love them, and their puppies: Moose & Murphy, but most of all, they LOVE their "cave"! Every kids dream! They love watching movies in this little nook. When we got there, they headed straight downstairs to get set up with a flick!
We had some awesome food! Chic-fil-a nuggets, ribs, meatballs, chips & queso & salsa, 7 layer dip, jalapeno poppers, fruit, brownies, and more! And of course, in true Super Bowl Party form, we enjoyed an adult beverage or two throughout the evening!
After a movie, (Or two- parents of the year? Us! Ha! But hey, it was a nice way to keep the boys busy so that we could have some time to socialize!) the boys ventured out of the cave for some fun with the big kids! Nolan, Heath, and Ella had a blast jumping, falling, and diving into this huge doggie bed! And Nolan roped Mariah into a long game of Toy Story with him and his brother! After snuggling with Brooks for awhile too, we should have paid her for her babysitting services!
There was some football watching, but better than that, lots of laughs and good conversation! It was a nice night to catch up with our friends. We haven't all been together in awhile.
And of course we had to get a picture of these two together. When we laid them down they both immediately showed us their muscles! I thought for sure Brooks would be HUGE next to Jack, considering he was almost 2 lbs. bigger than him at birth. But Jack is catching right up! They look about the same size from their heads to their waists. But Brooks is just a little bit longer.
All the kiddos together! We are so happy that our friends are finally starting to pop out some babies! And in just a few weeks the Cottier's little man will be joining the mix!
We had the best night, the best Super Bowl ever actually! The perfect location, just the right amount of people, great food, fun friends, an exciting half time show, a nail biting game, well behaved kids, and tons of laughs! We had to bribe the boys with a new found candy love: Jolly Ranchers, just to get them to leave. They were having such a good time!

So fun! Love that your group of friends are having kiddos, makes it a lot more crazy, but definitely a lot of fun.
