How can it be that our little blue eyed baby boy is now 3 years old?! He is no longer our toddler, he is now a big boy. A big boy who will go to preschool in the fall! Crazy!
We celebrated Nolan's 3rd birthday while we were in Chicago. It was so fun to be able to have his big day with my family! As shown in this earlier post, we went to Build-a-Bear, had Lou Malnati's pizza for dinner, and played Just Dance on the Wii later that night! Nolan had a blast being spoiled by love and gifts for the day!

He got a couple of new puzzles for his birthday! He loves them and can do a few of the jigsaw puzzles all by himself! He also got some more CARS, Toy Story mini figures, a Duke hoodie, and the DVD "How to Train a Dragon", which he promptly watched before bed that night.
I just couldn't resist this photo! His blowing face is hilarious! And I love how you can see the smoke in the air!

And the best part is...this was just the beginning of his birthday festivities! He will also have his first FRIENDS birthday party next weekend! He is going to take his friends to a movie and then we will come back to our house for pizza and cake! He is so excited!
We went to the Doctor on Thursday for his 3 year well check! He loved having his blood pressure taken and was a champ when he got his flu shot! And he passed all benchmarks!!! Woo hoo! Nolan weighed in at 37.6 pounds and is 41 3/4 inches tall. He is still off the charts for height and in the 95% for weight!
We could not be more proud of our Nolan. He is healthy, feisty, silly, smart, and getting stronger every day! He feels deeply, is funny, and is a wonderful big brother! He is creative, stubborn, imaginative, and loves to sing! His Daddy is his entire world and he loves to tackle, jump on the couch, and watch basketball with him! He adores his cousins, hates going to bed, and is a fruit eating monster! And he is THREE!!!!! Oh my!
We love you to pieces Nolan Bradley and can't wait to see what God has in store for your life!

Happy Birthday Buddy! Glad that you could celebrate with your family in Chicago. Payton and Brady are VERY excited for their movie/pizza party next weekend.
Congratulations guys! He is such a great little man. And you are so right about Nolan being funny. I love to get him going on "yummy, yummy, yummy I've got love in my________. He thinks he is sooooo funny when he comes up with any body part other than tummy. And that cracks me up. Looking forward to his party next week! Happy #3 Nolan! And Momela... you and Barb were the only ones up... I was sleeping under my hat!
