One of the best things about our new home is that our subdivision, Stonegate, has 2 community pools! One is literally 2 minutes from our house and we have spent a lot of time there recently! It is wonderful because it has a zero depth area which is perfect for our 3 small kiddos! The other pool is larger and has 2 water slides and a kiddie pool. We will have to check that one out soon before Summer is over!
When my mom was here we spent a lot of time at the pool, cooling off from the HOT weather we've been having.

Heath is a crazy man in the water! He will swim for the entire 2 or 3 hours we are at the pool. He will come out for a quick snack every once in awhile but he just LOVES the water!
We set up camp at the tables under the umbrellas right at the edge of the water. It's nice to have a little shade, but also to be able to sit with your feet in the water while the kids play! Brad, Jayne, and Cohen joined us at the pool...it's nice that we still live so close to them even though we moved!
Grandma was the perfect napping place for Brooks! She loves to cuddle!
The pool also has buckets that dump water and a small splash area.
We have not been able to keep little Heath's trunks up this summer since he doesn't wear a swim diaper anymore!

The boys like to step on the fountains to stop the water...then take their feet off and watch the water shoot into the air. That's what Nolan is doing in this picture. It's not the best shot, but I just think Nolan looks so adorable in this picture. He looks so old and cool with his cute trunks and backwards hat! Love that boy!

One day, I looked over and Heath was half way under water! One of his floaties ripped and he was trying to keep himself up with just one! He did a great job! So we borrowed one of Nolan's water wings for the rest of the day!

We are so happy to have such a great place for the boys to play and exercise and make new friends! We look forward to many more summers at the pool!
